Dignity Health will be hosting a Community Wellness Immunization Clinic at our Thrive to Five Family Resource Center on September 28th and October 19th by appointment only.

Attend 3 Thrive to Five in-person classes, and receive a sleeve of diapers for your 0-5 year old child! Sizes available are 1-5.

All classes will take place in-person at our Thrive to Five Family Resource Center located on the campus of Thew Elementary School at 2130 E. Howe Ave. in Tempe.

Triple P is an evidence based program and gives parents the skills needed to raise confident, healthy children and build stronger family relationships. It also helps you manage misbehavior and prevent problems from occurring in the first place.
