Dignity Health will be hosting a Community Wellness Immunization Clinic at our Thrive to Five Family Resource Center on September 28th and October 19th by appointment only.

Diaper Bank
Attend 3 Thrive to Five in-person classes, and receive a sleeve of diapers for your 0-5 year old child! Sizes available are 1-5.

All classes will take place in-person at our Thrive to Five Family Resource Center located on the campus of Thew Elementary School at 2130 E. Howe Ave. in Tempe.
*If you need American Sign Language interpretation or other accommodations for any Thrive to Five class, please make a request 2 weeks prior to the class by completing this form. We will be in touch with you regarding your needs. |

It also helps you manage misbehavior and prevent problems from occurring in the first place.
